Changes made with in 4 weeks of the departure or after documents have been issued will be considered a cancellation, and will be subject to appropriate cancellation charges.

Cancellations / Refunds. A notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Adventures in Scuba. In the event of a "no show" all funds paid will be forfeited. If cancellation notice is received prior to 60 days before departure a partial refund may be given, providing the spot can be sold. If notice is given within 60 days of departure no refund will be given.

Proof of Citizenship/Visa Requirements. We recommend that you always travel with a valid passport. Requirements and regulations vary according to destination.

Baggage. Economy class passengers are allowed two (2) checked bags on a flight within the U.S.. Neither bag may exceed 35 pounds. On some international flights the allowance is up to 50 pounds. Recent changes have come into effect and it is recommended you check with your carrier for most up to date information.

Hotels. Adventures in Scuba reserve the right to substitute hotels at anytime that local conditions require. A substitute hotel will be the same or better grade.

Excluded Expenses & Fees. Additional charges/fees may be incurred, which are not included in the charter package price. Such as marine park fees, departure taxes. Excess baggage charges and expenses of a personal nature are not included. Service Changes and gratuities are also not included.

Travel Insurance. Travelers are encouraged to purchase Travel and Dive insurance. "VISA" insurance does not always cover travel and your health care provider may only offer partial coverage.

Airport/Security. Due to heightened security, expect delays at airports. Be sure you check in at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights and 2 hours prior for domestic flights.

Payment. The payment of a required deposit or any partial or full payment for reservation of a trip shall constitute consent to all provisions in the terms and conditions list.
