Medical Statement

The purpose of the medical questionnaire is to ensure you do not require a medical examined prior to participating in recreational diver training, even the Discovery Programs. A "Yes" to any of the medical questions require a doctor signed medical form prior to any pool class.

Dive Season

The Open Water Lake dives vary between May and October. Factor such as snow & cold in the fall and spring run off (no visibility) in spring make it difficult to schedule classes in June and October. Classes in these months may be rescheduled with little warning due to safety.
