I first learned to dive at 16, in 2001. My whole family was supposed to take lessons & get certified in Mexico for my dad's birthday. Only my dad and I ended up doing the course. I was hooked; 4 months later I was working at Adventures in Scuba! I started my Divemaster course as soon as I was 18 and started working as a certified Divemaster in 2004. In 2006 I moved to Victoria and became the Environmental Coordinator and then Vice Predident of the UVic Scuba club. In 2009 I moved back to Calgary to get married and continue working at Adventures. Who knew way back when I started that I would marry 1 of my coworkers I met in my 1st few days of work at the shop!

The majority of my diving has been split between Calgary and Victoria. I have also done some diving in Mexico, Cuba, Hawaii, and Costa Rica. I can never wait for my next travel adventure to come up. Next on the list is South Africa!
